Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and organizers must comply with the Code of Conduct.

The organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

.NET Conf AR is bound to provide a harassment-free experience for all people regardless of gender, identity and / or gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion . Harassment is not tolerated at the conference participants in any form. Language and sexual imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including session contents. Conference participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned and / or expelled from the conference without refund at the discretion of the organization.

Harassment includes and is not limited to verbal offensive comments related to gender identity and / or gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion , sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, chasing, photographic or recording harassment, constant interruptions of sessions or other events, inappropriate physical contact, unwanted sexual attention. It is expected that participants who were requested to stop any harassing behavior do so immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference without refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone is being harassed, or have any other concern, please contact a staff member immediately. The conference staff will have clear distinctive clothing and badges.

The conference staff will be happy to assist participants and will contact the site security or local police, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those who suffer harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.
